Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the ricotta mixture over each chicken breast.
  6. Pour the marinara sauce on top, coating each piece.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
