Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well merged.
  2. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of jars or dessert cups to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whip the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust in each jar, filling them generously.
  5. Top with fresh berries of your choice.
Chilling
  1. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.

Notes
