Preparation

- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts into baby bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Toss the sprouts in the sauce until each piece is well coated.
- Spread them out on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Serving
- Serve warm as a delightful side dish, ideally with grilled salmon or chicken.
