- In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, sweetened condensed milk, and softened butter until smooth.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips and vanilla extract until evenly dispersed.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- In a lined baking dish, layer the melted chocolate mixture at the bottom, then pour the cake batter mixture on top, spreading it evenly.

- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
